11 years agoHey, to start with, please try reloading the games within Origin. Click "Origin" in the top left, then "Reload My Games".
If this has no effect, please navigate to your Origin Games folder. Move the entire The Sims 4 folder to another location (your desktop is probably the best location if it shares a drive with your Origin Games folder) then back to the Origin Games folder. This little trick can force Origin to "look" at the game again and hopefully will help to resolve your issue.

Thanks! I've had the problem for about a week now. But, it sucks because I have to install the Sims 4 again. But, thank you!
