the sims 4 install error

I just downloaded The sims 4 base game for Windows via the official free link, however the error announcement appeared while it was installing (please check the screenshot attached). I tried again an...

    @fbd8c73182c25ba3  Please clear the EA App's cache:

    Restart your computer, and if you use a third-party antivirus, disable it before trying to install Sims 4 again.

    If that doesn't help, clear the App's cache and restart again, then create a new folder where you're going to install Sims 4.  Place the folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.  When you go to install Sims 4 again, choose this folder as the install location.  Let me know whether it works.
