The Sims 4 is not available to play on Mac, it is not in my games

I bought The Sims4 from store. And I downloaded and played on my PC. Then, I decided to play on MacBook Air. I downloaded the Origin in there because it has no CD-ROOM to put the device in and download. Then I signed in but I could not see my games online. It says I can play on Mac too but I can not play because there is no games in my account. I even have The Sims 3 but it is not neither. Please help me and fix this problem because I sold my PC.

    Are you sure that you have logged in with the same Origin account?  Origin games are linked to your account and not to the PC

    Are you 100% sure you're logged into the correct account?

    Check that you haven't "hidden" the game(s): click here for information on hidden games.

    Try reloading your games: click here for information on reloading games.

    Contact a Game Advisor, using this custom link, if you're still having problems after investigating the above.
