I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I had my computer professionally repaired and after 2 hours of zero-crash gameplay (previously it was 20 minutes max gameplay) The Sims crashed to the desktop. The second time my computer fully rebooted. I don't know if this means anything, but when it does, an HDMI graphic? blinks in the left-hand corner as it reboots or crashes to the desktop.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
I do not have any mods installed.
@MadMabari Please list everything the repair service did, and what the service checked but didn't need to address. For example, maybe they did a stress test to confirm that the processor and graphics card could handle a full load and temperatures stayed in the normal range; or they replaced a component with one confirmed to be working. That could potentially save you and me a lot of time.
I'd also like to see the results of some hardware monitoring. Please download hwinfo (it's free) from here:
https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
You don't need to install anything; just choose the Portable version, unzip it, and launch it from Downloads or wherever you like. If you do want the full installer, be sure to click the button for hwinfo itself, not for lansweeper.
Restart your computer, open hwinfo, choose Sensors Only, and click the button that's a sheet of paper with a + to start logging. Save the log file to your desktop for easy access. Wait five minutes, then open Sims 4 and play until it or your computer crashes. Don't alt-tab out of the game or run any other programs, aside from the EA App of course, while you're testing. If only the game crashes, click the same button to stop the logging; if your computer crashes, the log should be intact up until that point.
Please upload the log to the third-party filesharing site of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and link it for me. Either leave it in .csv format or, if you're going to use OneDrive, create a .zip file, and don't open the log before uploading it, or else my log reader might not be able to interpret it.
Finally, I do need to know what power supply is currently installed. Please list the manufacturer and specs: for example Corsair 750W 80+ Gold.

Thank you so much for your help.
Repair Notes
(DD)dd//all HW passed, manual removals complete, 0 infections found during scans, cleaned and optimized unit, browsers, temp files, registry cleaned. Installed newest OS/MFG updates. Stress tested and no issues came up. No crashes. Next step would be DB/Restore
2.25.24 LOG I'm not sure if I uploaded this correctly and I do not believe I opened it, just exported it.
I do not have the ability to open up the computer to find out the power supply just now, I am working on it.
