    Problem solved, it was the old traces of Steam and its games that were completely messing up my Sims game. I managed to remove everything from Steam and reinstall the EA App with The Sims 4, and now everything is working perfectly again.

To my knowledge the language settings should be saved in the registery  so bit unsure what would it make revert.

To be sure, you just have the ea app installation. Nothing steam ?

I uninstalled Steam to avoid any conflict (I had The Sims 4 on it) and I’m currently repairing the game through the EA app. I’ll test again once it’s finished. My game is still having the same issue even after uninstalling Steam.

      I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help and support, but I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a week now. I hope the next update will fix the problem (fingers crossed lol). Thanks again. Kind regards, a French Sims fan.

        I think I may have found the problem with my game. I just checked my game settings, and if I show you a picture of my Sims 4 game, maybe that’s what’s causing the issue.
