Never trust Mac, my Macbook Pro 13" would run Sims 3 fine.
It did not, I needed an 15" because they have differents specs.
For me it has always been a guess. With your Intel card, I'm not sure.
I had an Intel HD Graphics 3000, and playing the game sucked.
It could be that Sims 4 will run fine, but it could be it starts freezing, quiting, or not even starting.
I would wait till people tried the game on your video card to buy the game.
