@Ivysimmer18 The processor is a budget one, on par with the intel i7 second generation (the 2xxx series). While it meets the minimum requirements, don't expect high performance from it.
Would probabily be a good idea to upgrade to the new AMD Ryzen series (Ryzen 5 1600 is a good choice if you are not looking something CPU intensive), but that means that you will have to change the motherboard and the RAM, too.
Also, the power supply is a wee bit low for modern gaming. You need a minimum 750W to be on safe side.
So bottom line:
CPU: it meets the minimum requirements and will behave okay in Sims 4
Graphic card: if that is the one with 4GB VRAM, then you have a decent one. If it's the 2GB VRAM, then probably would be a good idea to lower a bit the graphic settings. The card is in the low-medium range and while it can get the job done, don't expect to get the same as you get from the medium range card (RX570).
Memory RAM: more than enough
HDD: adequate
PSU: yeah, that will need an upgrade. AMD is notorious for being power hungry and you never know when the PSU will go down.
So, you can play Sims 4 (most likely with a combination of medium and high settings, just don't use the preset and try to see how far you can push the graphic settings without affecting the FPS and slowing down the game).
