Hello, I’m based in Egypt and noticed that The Sims 4 expansion packs is not available for purchase in my EA App, anymore. Could you confirm whether this is a regional restriction or a technical problem, and if there’s any way for me to access them legally? Thank you.

Ps everything used to work just fined 2 months ago.

    Try to clear the App cache. Click the three bars and select Help then App Recovery and Clear Cache.
