Whenever i click something, the game freezes and says "not responding" at the top right hand corner of the screen
my game is fully updated
no mods or cc
all packs except Journey to Batuu, and the kits (i just have bust the dust)
this usually happens alot but has started happening every single time now and ive had enough
@friendsfanatic20 Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a new folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see how a new save runs.
If you see the same error, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I think its mostly okay, but i would prefer for it to be fixed properly
I dont really feel comfortable messing with the folders so im not going to do that unless necessary but thank you for the help 🙂
@friendsfanatic20 If you'd like, I'd still be happy to look over a dxdiag. Running one doesn't require that you move any folders.
Otherwise, feel free to come back if this issue becomes more of a nuisance and/or prevents you from playing.
