The Sims 4 Product code
I just got my sims 4 game from walmart and the product code is not working. It is saying the code has already been used. I am using a mac and Walmart will not let me return the game, so what should I do?

out of luck, dude. I have my code but I deleted the game and cannot reuse it to reinstall. ea wont help. they claim I can download it from my library, but, it says I have no games there.so, suck it up. you get screwed and ea got their money. buy another, keep them in business so they can screw even more people
was it sealed when you bought it ?
There's certain letters that look very similar
O, 0 and D
2 and Z
B and 8
So if the code has any of those, try the alternative, maybe it works.

are you sure you logged in with the correct account ? Make sure to use your email and not user name. When you contacted support, they told you it should be in your library so that means they can probably see it on your account.
Did you have any other games ? Did they also disappear ?
