The Sims 4 toddler GLITCH all interactions blank?

I have just updated my Sims 4 game for the new toddlers patch. I also bought the City Life, Dine Out, Movie Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, expansion packs and installed them also. Everything has had an update, and I am operating with no mods at all (I'm a novice player).

I began playing my save that I have had for a while now. There is currently a baby in the household. I wanted to age it up, but I found when clicking the baby there were two interactions that were blank. One of them ended up calling a baby sitter, the other aged the baby into a toddler.

I then went and built a toddler's bed room. All of the toddler furniture is called debug* * and has no description. When I went into live mode and tried to interact with the toddler items, they have interactions available but they're all blank so I don't know what they are/mean. 

Also when I loaded the game I had a welcome to the new game windows. The two stuff packs came up fine but the game packs only had the pictures and the writing info was blank. SO was the intro to toddlers. I could arrow through the pages but no text.

What's going on? I've tried repairing the game, and I don't know what to do. I just want it to work!
