The sims 4 won’t connect to the internet

I'm going thru the same thing as well, this just started happening to me recently, and I'm sad because I can't enjoy my game so please help thanks

 Also IMPORTANT!

Check if your Origin is up to date. 

If it isn't,  you will see info about the available update on the top of the page when you open Origin 

After update turn off your router/WiFi completely for about 2 minutes and then turn it back on

If all these steps will not work 

uninstall Origin using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer

If you prefer to uninstall Origin manually - clean  computer with Ccleaner after this but  using Revo is much easier 

and download the older version of Origin

Run the game as Administrator from the desktop icon instead of Origin
