The Sims 4 Won't Launch

Whenever I try to launch The Sims 4 from the shortcut on my screen it literally does not do anything. When I attempt to run The Sims 4 from Origin, I am not even given the option to click 'play game'. I can't run The Sims 4 as an Administrator on my computer either. This has been a problem since November. It was working just fine when I first upgraded to windows 10 though?? If this helps: I have two expansions; Get to Work, and City Life. I also have Custom Content of which I downloaded back when I had Windows 7. This is my first time using the Answers HQ as well (: Thanks!

    Could you post a picture of how your game looks in Origin ? What does it say in stead of play ?

    Have you tried repairing the game yet ?

    I have tried to repair my game back in November when this problem began, however with no avail. I can try that again, though ^_^ Also, even though the screen says there are updates for the game, it won't allow me to update it.
