The Sims 4 Won't Start in normal mode but can start in Safe mode

I have error when I start The Sims 4 in normal mode the I saw this

but I can play The Sims 4 in Safe mode. That weird.

    This means that some of the software on your PC is preventing the game from functioning properly.

    Have you added the game and Origin to the whitelist of your firewall and antivirus?

    Also, what if you disable Just-in-time? Follow these steps:
