The sims 4

Hello

So ever since the outdoor retreat game pack came out i cant play the sims 4, like it wont open and doesnt load and its just generally frustrating. I decided to go into origins and just hit play from there but the play button is greyed out and is just  being difficult and wont open.

Please please please help me! i just want to get back to playing the sims 4!!!!

    Hey i desperately need help!!!

    Today i went to go play the sims 4 and it wont load and its just not working, here is a picture of the greyed out mess im in.

    i just bought and downloaded the Game pack or whatever its called hoping it would fix the problem but found out it didnt do anything... can you please help me out i would really appreciate it!

    Hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc, it will open the task manager. Go to processes and see if you have any sims 4 process running, and finish it. Then, try to enter again.

    I dont have any sims 4 processes running and its still greyed out and not working.....I played fine yesterday afternoon, then went to get on last night and it hasn't worked since.....restarted my PC about 6 times, tried everything...next is an uninstall and reinstall....any toher ideas?
