the sims dont have voices
I just opened the game as i always do, and then i noticed that i cant hear the voices of my sims, i closed the game and stuff and i still cant hear their voices, all the other things aren’t muted tho...

@serife007 Please go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and move options.ini to the desktop. This will reset all your in-game options, but don't worry about that for now; you can quit without saving if you want. Just see whether you can hear your sims' voices. If this doesn't help, you can trash the new options.ini and put the old one back, thereby restoring your current in-game options.
If the new options.ini doesn't help, try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
