The sims four won't stop loading
My game is stuck in load mode and has been like that for hours I can exit out but it will stop when I try to re open it, and eventually the game crashes

The endless loading happens when you just start the game or happens inside a game you're playing?
If it happens when you start the game, open Origin, go to My Games, rightclick on Sims 4 and choose "repair game". If that doesn't help, please post again.
If it happens when you load your savegame and then try to load a family from town view - that savegame is corrupted and all you can do is start a new game (use "+" symbol instead of big green triangle).
I was trying to move my sims out of their house into a new one, but when I hit manage worlds it just kept loading for hours and I can't get out of the game. It isn't coming up with the x button.
Are you using any custom content ?
If so, remove that
