The Sims on a flash drive?

Hi yall, i've got a question about playing The Sims 4. So, my laptop barely has any space left because of this game, and im wondering if it's possible to move the whole game and all the files to my flash drive and be able to play it when it's there, without any of the files being on my laptop.
