The sims4 CAS demo, black screen!

So when I open the demo it comes up with a black screen and the ring like the game is loading and then suddenly closes with a white screen and a message that says " The Sims 4 Create a Sim demo has stopped working"

    Also I'll add that since the game has been available for me to download from Origin I have receieved 5 emails stating that my Origin Password has been successfully changed. There was no emails stating a reset though. And I wasn't trying to reset my password at all, I haven't even been on my origin account for a while and these emails were the reason I went on the check it out. 

    I then had to change my password to access it.

    As for the crashes, does it stay open long enough that you can right click on the window ?

    There's my DxDiag and it stays open for about 3 seconds. I can right click but nothing happens. 
    I hope this doesn't mean I wont be able to play the game when it comes out! ☹️

    Do you have the Nvidia Experieince installed on your computer ? If so, you can update through that. You don't need to buy anything.
