Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

All my purchased packs disappeared. I never downloaded them illegally, I always bought them. I don't have them there at all and it shows me that I have only played less than an hour, even though I had about 2000 hours there. What should I do? I don't intend to buy them again for a lot of money. Please help. I have already deleted and reinstalled the game But it didn't help :(

    Hey atrejkacucu​,

    If you're missing all of your packs and your play time is so low, then it sounds like you might have logged in with the wrong EA account. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used to make an EA account?

    I had the same issue for ages and couldn't work out how to fix it, I only had the base game to play with which definitely wasn't right.

    In the end I repaired the game via ea app, took a little while, but once it had finished I loaded the game again and all my packs were back and available to play with.

    Hi atrejkacucu​ 

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
