You say you noticed this since the update on the 18th, that would probably mean it's CC/mods related.
If it was something that came with the update, many people would have the issue.

Yes im working on the fifty/fifty method right now and im just trying to narrow things down and see if anyone else also had this issue during traveling, since its only during traveling. I have none of the mods that are listed in the dine out bugged list and my particular crashing/issue is not listed there as well
