If you have Intel HD Graphics. This is on the i-series CPUs and you have this Pink/Blue line issue. You need to update your IGP drivers from Intel.
If it gives you problems saying "you must install the manufacture's drivers"... you need to uinstall the current HD drivers from Control Panel, restart and then install Intel's again. If it still does not let you install generic Intel drivers you must force them on using the .ZIP version of the drivers through Device Manager.
If you have an older GMA Chipset (not on the CPU) Graphics by Intel. It must be GMA 4500. Anything below the 4500 I've not seen anyone have success playing this game.

Those chipsets all had GMA x4500 in one fashion or another. They should be able to "work" but probably not fantastically. Setting everything to low and using that "laptop mode" will probably get you a usable experience though. You need to be using the Latest Intel Generic drivers for this to to work... Manufacture drivers from Dell, HP, etc etc... probably won't.
G35 and older chipsets
Doubt you will be able to play the game.
Intel's Driver Site

Example of how to use it:
1) Graphics Driver
2) Desktop or Laptop
3) Chipset Model (or Intel HD generation)
Sort the next screen by Windows version (i.e. 32 vs 64) and grab the Latest ones listed by date.
They come as either .EXE or .ZIP
You only need the ZIP if you are having difficulty getting the computer to accept them (and you are 100% sure you have the right ones selected).
How to manually Force Intel Drivers. (just make sure you are forcing the ones that are correct)
