Thumbnail cache error / screenshots not saving

Anytime I attempt to upload a house/sim, and or save it to my library I get an error. 

I originally fixed this by deleting the thumbnailcache, and erasing everything from the cache folder and that seemed to work.

But while I was playing, it saved NONE of my screenshots.

Any PERMANENT way to fix this? I have repaired my game via the origin client, and done everything possible. 

But it seems to re-occur every other literal day.
