@CrYptM6 How much RAM does this save use? Load it, let the game clock run for a few sim-minutes, put Sims 4 in windowed mode (but don't minimize it), open the Task Manager, and take a screenshot. (The Task Manager should be in detailed mode, showing the Processes tab.) Then post the screenshot here.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@CrYptM6 The Task Manager usage looks perfectly normal, so that's not the issue. What is a problem is that the Nvidia graphics driver is crashing: your dxdiag lists a few different errors that reference the driver or the card itself. So the first step is to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, exactly as described here:
Restart after installing and before trying to play. If you see any other problems, please post a new dxdiag, one run after you've installed the new copy of the driver.

thanks for the help, I did a clean install through NVIDA-GeForce-Experience but the issue still appears in Britechester, Ive uploaded a new dxdiag for after I did a clean install before loading the game, (the method you sent looked very confusing so I did it through GEFORCE, Not sure if that makes a difference)

@CrYptM6 It does make a difference, and possibly all the difference here. So please clean-uninstall and reinstall the driver using the method described in the guide I linked. Then try again to play, and if you run into more trouble, run a dxdiag after that and post it.
