Edit:Actually! I've found a thread with the exact issue I'm having but even with the patch they came out with. I still have the issue! https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-Ingame-time-shifted/td-p/8455125/page/10
@FaeoftheEast Sorry for the late reply; I must have missed your post.
The errors in the minidump files happened with system processes, not Sims 4 or any other third-party program. It's not totally clear why they happened, but it's worth running chkdsk as a start, to make sure there's nothing wrong with your hard drive.
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste "chkdsk /f /r c:" without quotes, and enter
- You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes
- When the scan is done, use this guide to find the results
Please also check the temperature of your processor while playing. If you don't have a preferred app, CPU-Z is lightweight and easy to use (and free). Just open it before you launch the game, then alt-tab back to it to see CPU temps from time to time.
