    @mimilu04 Could you test another toddler to see if it happens any time ?

    Just start a quick new save with toddlers, cheat up the skills and age them up.

@mimilu04 So I tested this on my save and the toddler did get the top notch trait for me.

Is the toddler a soon to be occult of any kind ?

    No, I do not play with occults at all.

        I did a quick new save with a couple of toddlers, cheated their skills up, and indeed got the trait! Maybe the issue was that the skills were maxed out before the update in the previous cases?

        Anyway, thanks for your help 🙂 .
