Too much cc?

Is there a technical limit to the size of the Mods folder? When I have all my custom content in my Mods folder, the size of my Mods folder is around 30 GB. My game also takes about 20 to 30 minutes to load on start up when I have all my content in the Mods folder. So far, if I close all applications, including my browser, my machine will still run the game with it stuffed to the gills. My DXDIAG is attached. By the way, if you don't believe me about the size of the folder, I backed it up on MEGA here: 30 GB - probably don't attempt to download everything here, it would take literally a week to download.

    @userafw  First thing I notice is the audio driver seems to be loading multiple times. Second your storage devices aren't listed. Third there seems to be updates that that have failed. The failed updates may be the root cause of issues and I would recommend fixing that first.

    I have several external hard drives, as well as USB sticks. So I am not surprised these are not listed. I ran Windows update just now, and ran dxdiag.exe again, here is the results.
