Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app
So back in march i got a new pc, and at first it seemed okay. I took a break and then when i reopened sims in june, all my dlcs were gone. I’ve looked in my files and they’re still there (I can attach screenshots if necessary) but just not appearing in game? They all appear with the prices next to them to purchase in app, but I have bought all of them. I contacted EA help and they requested a hefty list of receipts. I’ve managed to find a few receipts (about 13 of 25), but as i’ve been playing about 7 years now it’s been difficult. Are there other ways of fixing this issue?
