There is only one thing in a DxDiag that can be semi private and that is the computer name and here it was auto-generated so not private. You are welcome to omit that. You may not know much about a DxDiag but you should just follow the instructions to click "Save all information" and upload the resulting text file. It is obvious that you have very little knowledge of computers so I recommend that you follow directions and ask questions when in doubt. There are many experts here and if one of the others saw that I made a mistake they would correct me. DxDiags are uploaded here on a daily basis. Nothing dangerous in that.

You talk about a dropdown so I assume you mean on the EA Support site. Try using another browser that might help also chat is not available in all countries If you are not from the US try specifying that regardless. EA Support do not have an email address you can contact them on you must use the forms on their site.
PS. it is easy to judge some ones level of knowledge on a subject when they post multiple misconceptions on the subject. Like here you post an image where you have removed a device key probably because you think it can be misused for something. It can't, it is to uniquely identify that device on that computer. It can for example be used by DRM to see if you have the rights to play a film you bought on that device. Nobody else can use it for anything.
