TS3 Camera in Sims 4 Not Working
I have the same issue for the last month now.
Can't use my middle mouse button to rotate my sims 3 camera in the game.
does not work in game mode and build mode.

Delete the Options file - one with a toothed wheel - in the game folder and launch the game. The new file will be created. Check if you still have this error.
Try changing the camera mode in the camera options to the TS4 camera and then back again.
If the error still persists, try doing a factory reset of the game folder as described in this post.

I did everything you said and all of it didn't work.
Can it be a problem in the mouse? I have a bleutooth mouse
