Re: TS4 Digital Deluxe languages.

Hello EA team,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m facing with The Sims 4 language settings.

I originally created my EA account while living in Ukraine, and now I’m currently residing in the Czech Republic. However, in EA App I only see Polish, Russian, and Czech as available language options for The Sims 4.

I would like to play the game in English, but unfortunately, there’s no option to switch to English either in the EA App settings or in the game itself. I’ve tried modifying game files (like Default.ini), reinstalling the game, and changing the app interface language — nothing seems to work.

Could you please advise how I can switch the game language to English?
If the issue is related to my account region, is it possible to unlock access to English or convert my license to the international version?
