unable to do anything?
So ever since the latest sim update, I am unable to select any objects/actions. All I can do is watch my sims slowly starve to to death and the toddlers and child are ALL in the red.

Oh yes, I meant to do that a while ago and forgot to post it. Here it is.
You have both a graphics chip and a card in your computer.
Did you make sure the game runs on the card ?

Yes, I have my settings to always run on the dedicated graphics card instead of the lower-end integrated graphics. It definitely does not run nearly as well on the integrated intel chip vs the NVIDIA.
Crinrict isn't available at the moment, so I'll be answering this post in the meantime.
Make sure to update the card as well.
