unable to download cloud save after hard drive failure
hi, recently my hard drive failed and i lost all of my data. I had cloud save enabled for my Sims 4 save, however I cannot figure out how to download my save from the cloud. Thanks in advance.
@ninjafiedlynn If you mean cloud saving in Origin or the EA App, then this feature doesn't work for Sims games, whether you have it enabled or not.
If you're talking about OneDrive or some other service unconnected to EA, then sign into that account and download your data. If you don't want to install anything, most services allow you to access your account from a browser window, for example at onedrive.com.
