Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello! This is my first time using this forum, please let me know if I need to give more information.

I am trying to download The Sims on a different computer than I usually use, and when installing, I am only given the option to download kits when I also own multiple expansion and game packs. I tried installing it regardless, and after the fact I still wasn't able to manually install my other owned packs. I tried to manage my contetn through both the EA app and the Sims 4 marketplace, but neither gave me an option to install the packs. I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it, and these are the only add-ons it prompts me to download with it.

I have over a 1.5 terabytes of space on my computer, so I figured that shouldnt be an issue I am running into

As of now I have zero mods or CC installed onto my game.

Hey gaptoothedfreak,

If you're not seeing your packs in the add-ons section of the EA App for download, that might mean that you've signed in on the wrong EA account. It'd be best to take a look at your order history page to see whether it's populated with the relevant transactions.
