Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

I was able to buy it, but it's greyed out in my game, and I can't find where to download it! CM Edit: Split from other thread

If your purchase has completed according to your Order History, please run the EA Error Reporter and share the report ID in this thread so we can investigate further. 

@coaimhe The order history page not loading for some accounts is being investigated. Please just provide the EA Error ID via the link above in your case.

    I bought Chef Hustle and Modern Luxe packs and can't download either. 

    I have repaired the game and the EA App. Still nothing. I click download and it says "stomping on grapes" and then nothing...
