Unable to load game after updating password
I forgot my password in May. I updated the password. After the updated it said I had to put in a product code to play. The game is also missing from my game list. I am just now finding the code. After I put it in it said the code was already in use. I tried resetting the password again and trying to remember my old account login. Nothing is working. What do I don't?
