What do you expect to see? Able to move NPC sim into current household.

I couldn't upload the video because it was too large. I don't know how often this bug happens because this is the first time it had happened. I ended up just relaoding a previous save as a workaround even though the last save at the time of the video was several hours before and it wasn't last saved the day before.
Edit: I don't know if any mods are creating this bug and I don't have any mods related to the marriage event.
