Your graphics drivers are from 2012. There should be newer ones. Go tot he AMD website to updated instead of through Steam.

HI i have the same problem, but I don't know how to update my drivers. any help? I tried the auto detect thing but it said that it couldn't find my OS or something like that.

I'm encountering the same issue, but my drivers say they're all up to date. I went ahead and copied my graphics info as well hoping you might be able to help me. http://pastebin.com/ghiBzVTT
Similar chipset as many others in this thread. It does not have any dedicated memory.
I doubt you can play the game.
