Unable to travel with sim or being to location.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Up to date.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My main sim had a baby, the baby was left with a baby sitter at some points. now she is a young adult and can not trace or be brought here.
What happens when the bug occurs? I still get the option to care for self or socialise, extra. but I am unable to bring the sim to a lot, or if I try to travel they are never listed as available.
What do you expect to see? I should be allowed to bring the sim to my other sim or travel with her.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

It is not the mods causing the issue as I was originally playing with no mods and still got the same result. I had this problem previously with another sim I raised from birth and found on another site that the child (then young adult (was still listed as in daycare or with a baby sitter and they supplied a cheat to use to remove that hidden trait. I used that and she was fine. But this was years ago and I can no longer find that page

    @kageoukami Since you are using mods, try mccc to check what hidden traits the Sim has and remove it.

    You can also use SimsInfo if you don't want to add mccc. That will give you the name of the hidden trait.

    I not sure if it was because the game was just updated, but MCCC doesn't appear to be working at all. The only other mods I have installed are tiny mods to remove the react with disgust and fame perks.

    @kageoukami Try SimsInfo. That's usually fine (haven't tested though). MCCC was deemed as fine though ?

    Sims info is not working either and moving sims in and out did not fix the issue. Does anyone know the cheat to remove at daycare?

    @kageoukami Can you upload the Sim to the gallery and put the name here ?

    Are your mods not visible or how do they not work ?

    @crinrict I installed the two recommended mods and got an alert that MCC changed my save file but unable to see the effect of their mod in the game instelf.  I had a PC free day yesterday.  I will load the game now and see if I can upload my broken sim.

    @crinrict No, the computer only shows normal options. I tried redownloading and installing again incase of update but it didn't work. Mods are enabled and the simple mods I use work perfectly. not sure why neither of those two mods are not working.
