university presentation board missing options

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Star Wars: Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you have a sim enrolled in university and you click on the university presentation board.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i click on the university presentation board (sim is enrolled in villainy at Foxbury), instead of presenting me with options such as give presentation and add to board, it just has the option to put in inventory
What do you expect to see? Multiple options when the presentation board is clicked, such as give presentation and add to board.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. July was the last time i sent a sim to university. the board worked at that time. That sim was at the dormitories, my current sim is attending university from home.
So my sim is in university at Foxbury studying villainy. He's attended each of his three classes only once, has all his homework completed, and has a presentation due in one of the classes. At first, i had the issue with the presentation board disappearing, but i corrected that with [Edited to remove mod link ~EA_Rtas] and now for some reason my sim has two presentation boards, one of which he received upon going to class the day after he initially lost the board. Anyway, after that, i now have the problem that he can't do anything with the board when i place it in the world. he can only "put in inventory". I believe i had this same option on the board before it went missing as well, although i can't remember 100%. I'm really nervous that he's going to get a bad grade if he can't finish his presentation 😞
