    Check if there is a new version of this mod. The old one you have is broken after patch.

Oh so that's the problem I was afraid of it because the mods hasn't been updated at all. I guess I'll have to keep an eye out for them to be updated but the old ones is just to get rid of them then.. meaning deleting them? It's such a shame because the carrers I want is not in the game. I hope EA makes more carrer choises in the future. Thank you so much for your reply.
