Upload to gallery with hashtag won't work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, Get Together, Vampires, Vintage Glamour, Movie Stuff and the free stuff (Holiday + Guitar).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Save a lot or household, write a description for the item with a hashtag, try to upload to gallery.
What happens when the bug occurs? A white box with nothing but an "ok" button. I can only click the button to proceed, but nothing happens. I can't upload hashtagged items to the gallery.
What do you expect to see? The item uploaded to the gallery with the green cloud icon at the bottom left and an notification saying it is uploaded to the gallery.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Not sure if this belongs in bugs but had trouble finding where else to post it.

I have 1. Removed all mods and cc, nothing changed 2. Tried tagging an ID/another player, which works. So only hashtags are the issue. 3. Have tried different hashtags, none work. 4. Have checked hashtags for recent uploads and it seems to not be an issue for everyone. 5. Have exited and restarted the game three times. 6 Have seen only one other person so far comment on a YT video that they have this issue.

No matter what I do, I can't upload hashtagged items to the gallery! I can save them in my library but not go further.

I was thinking it could be because I for the first time changed gallery photos using the Tray Importer. But, I removed the lots I had changed thumbnails/photos for and re-saved them without changing photos and they still would not work. I also tried uploading a household with hashtags and the same issue occurs, so, I don't think it's connected to that.

    @naauli Is this the only thing that's blank in your game ?

    The message seems to point towards an error cause I don't get a dialog at all when uploading.

    Are you putting anything else than the hashtag ?

    Thank you for your reply. I opened my game now again to test around, first with mods + cc; the hashtag issue still occurs. Both trying to upload with hashtag and no text, or hashtag and more text, neither way works.

    With mods/cc reinstalled and looking for more blank spaces etc, I had another issue: I had these two sims talking. After a while I realized she was still talking as if they were in a conversation (she was listening + responding "aha mhm oooh" and moving) while he was not even talking or moving at all, he was frozen. Tried to end the chatting or make them do something else but neither stopped - it's like they were stuck. I also noticed a glitch in the sky, but that still occurs without mods/CC installed. Don't know if that's how it's always looked from that angle and I just haven't noticed?

    Now I removed the mods/CC again and restarted. The thing where the sim froze did not happen again. The sky is still glitchy. And, I noticed the mailbox has blank spaces. Also a notification on the wall about the mail being delivered is blank and there are some blank places when I click on it. (Several screenshots attached.)

    So the issue may be even bigger than the hashtag. I have no idea what to do. What's the procedure to follow if it's an error?

    I don't know what's supposed to be there in lessons, I haven't actually done enough gameplay to see everything, I've been mainly building or creating in CAS. But guessing you or someone else here knows what's supposed to be there, where it's blank.

    Thank you, that did the trick! Unfortunately when I used the repair method it changed my in-game language to Swedish (I live in Sweden/am Swedish) so working on changing it back to English, but that's a problem for another thread.. Big thanks again!
