Vampire Problems - option select not working

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Get to Work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, might not be an issue for everone
What happens when the bug occurs? I have recently downloaded the sims4 vampire pack and it installed and game play seemed as normal. However, I seem to be having trouble seeing what each option is. For example. when you put the cursor over a vampire option the "information panel' does not show nor explain what the option is. I had a vampire move into my house to use the powers and you can't see what any of the options do or what moods you have, what the bat symbols do etc. It seems to be useless to play with the vampire options if none of them are working..... I have cleared my cache's, repaired the game, reinstalled. Not sure what other options might be. Seems to be a bit of a waste of my money and time if the features don't work... I would really appreciate any help as I really love playing the sims
What do you expect to see? I wish to see the option select when my cursor hovers over the vampire traits and options rather than just having a bat symbol or nothing at all
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

From the pictures you can see the cursor over the different options and the information or selects are not showing. Please help!
