VC ++ runtime redistributable package is not successfully installed.(16389)

VC ++ runtime redistributable package is not successfully installed. Installation can not continue. (16389) Please tell me why this is so, please help me, thanks I have uninstalled KB2918614

Did you try installing VC++ runtime manually as suggested in the sticky thread as well ?
