verifying game files sims 4

when i try to play sims 4 it says update is required when i press update it says verifying game files but one day i opened origin and it stars to update then by wrong my internet connection disconnected and it paused after i got the internet back i said resume then it says verifying game files and got stuck i could play it when i disconnect it from the internet but i want to update it because i have expansion pack i want to download it to the game please help me it tried everything ! 1:i uninstalled sims 2:i uninstalled origin 3:i disconnected firewall and antivirus 4:i unchecked proxy 5:i updated my windows 7 to windows8.1 8:and when i press repair game it says verifying game files and it says error please helpppppp ☹️ 😢
