When a sim is wearing either pair of rubber boots from the "Seasons" pack, with the jeans with a flannel shirt tied around the waist from the "Parenthood" pack, it glitches and causes the pants texture to go over the boots, and leaves a see-through line where the boots and pants meet.
(The first picture shows the bug, the second picture is what they're supposed to look like for comparison)
One pair of pants is tight so goes in the boots. However the first pair is not tight so can not go in to the boots. That is how it works in real life too.
