walls are dissapearing when placing paint or wallpapers down

Could you upload this house to the Gallery? In such condition as it is. Even with this hole in the wall. Call it Test5 to it's easy to find it. And let me know as soon as you send it.

Also the hole in the wall only happens when I use the paint or wallpaper tool and it’s also now doing it when I place the doors and windows.
