weird glitchy sound

No matter what, even when I repair the game, there are weird glitchy muffled sounds and they will not stop no matter what. I close the game out, go back in, repair it, always plays. Please help me, I...

    @HotdogLucy  Then I guess the question is what else is on that lot that would explain a weird noise.  For example, maybe it's haunted.

    You can always save the lot to the in-game library, then bulldoze and replace it to see whether the noise remains.

@HotdogLucy  Sure, as long as you haven't been using a Bluetooth device before now.  Let me know how it goes, and also what device you've been using up until now.

    It was actually the plot I was on that made the noise. Idk why tho...
