Weird Graphics Glitch?

For some reason when I go into build mode, the items are like this and it's doing a weird glitch when I mouse over things. I can still see what the names of the items are like computers or chairs, but it looks odd in general. It's never done this before and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried updating my drivers at least.
