Weird icon glitch after update??

So I just updated to the recent patch and entered create a sim only to see some weird icon glitches. They seem minor so far but still annoying. Anyone else getting these? I do use CC, is it possible for that to be the cause after the update? It’s not allowing me to upload any pics here so I’ll do my best to describe what’s going on. The picture icons over the detail mode and over the sliders are just white boxes. When I hover over the sim under my mouse hand there’s an arrow and three white boxes. And when I click on my sim a clear circle and paint pallet pops up. Also when hover over a sims face that same clear circle is under my mouse hand. This is just in CAS, I have not yet attempted to go into actual gameplay.
